OVERVIEW

The Bachelor of Science in Information Science for Digital Innovation (International Program) prepares
graduates for careers in high-demand industries by equipping them with advanced skills in digital innovation
and data analytics. The curriculum is designed to foster innovation across sectors through a blend of science,
management, and digital technology .

 

1. Digital Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Focuses on creating new business values through technology. Students learn to design innovative
concepts and develop startup skills suitable for digital organizations.

 

2. Data Analytics & Visualization

Designed for future data analysts and scientists. The program covers statistical modeling, data visualization,
and storytelling to transform raw data into actionable business insights.

 

3. Management Information Systems & Security

Prepares students to manage IT infrastructures safely and efficiently. Key areas include cybersecurity
for digital transformation and management information systems for modern organizations.

 

4. Cooperative Education & Real-World Experience

Emphasizes hands-on learning through "Work-Integrated Learning". Students can choose between Plan A
(Cooperative Education) for long-term professional practice or Plan B (Internship)
for intensive industry exposure .

The curriculum is uniquely designed with a blend of 30% Science, 30% Management, and 40% Digital Innovation.
This ensures graduates are well-rounded and ready to lead in the tech-driven world. 

2. Get Real-World Experience 

While pursuing their studies, students get to participate in "Cooperative Education" (CWIE).
In this great learning environment, students work as a team addressing real-world problems with applications
in digital technology and data science.

3. International Opportunities

Students are encouraged to participate in international programs through our partnerships with universities
in China and Taiwan. Additionally, the "2 Years Program" offers a fast-track opportunityto earn a Master's degree.

4. Professional Internship 

It is mandatory and designed to supplement the undergraduate education.
Students apply their classroom knowledge to real-world situations through internships with
partners like Huawei, IBM, and Central Retail.

ADMISSION

Qualification Requirement 

(Note: RMUTT uses "Credits" from your transcript, NOT "Test Scores" like SAT/ACT for Math/Science).

1. Educational Background & Credits

1.1 Degree: Must be a graduate of a Higher Vocational Certificate or equivalent in a related field.

1.2 Science & Mathematics: Applicants must have a transcript showing at least 9 credits
in Science and Mathematics subjects combined.

2. English Proficiency

Applicants must submit one of the following English proficiency test results with
a score meeting the minimum requirement :

TOEIC (Paper-based / ITP) not lower than 350 or

TOEFL (Internet-based / IBT) not lower than 26 or

TOEFL (Computer-based / CBT) not lower than 87 or

IELTS not lower than 3.0 or

CU-TEP not lower than 25 or

TU-GET (Paper-based) not lower than 364 or

TU-GET (Computer-based) not lower than 26 or

Duolingo English Test not lower than 100 or

RT-TEP not lower than 3 or

CET not lower than 300

3. Alternative Condition

If an applicant does not meet the credit requirements or other criteria, they may still be considered by
passing a foundational exam
